Here are three important advices that we learned from years of experience.
Do your research
Right off the bat, we will give you the first question of your interview. It’s „What do you already know about PRIME MOVERS?“ You would be surprised how many people don’t do their research or are not able to explain what the program is. Not knowing what you are applying for is a massive red flag. Check out our website to get as much information as possible about the program and the projects. Getting an offer without knowing the answer to this question is rare.
2. Get out of „interview mode“
You will find out in your interview that it is not your regular interview. We are really trying to get to know you as a person. You might be nervous, but we would love for you to get out of the „interview mode“. This mode usually makes people give superficial and robotic answers and these usually get graded quite low because they are often generic and not insightful. We will have about an hour to get to know each other. Be genuine, be yourself and make it count!
3. Answer the question
If you dodge answering the question we asked you, we are not left with much choice but to grade it low. If you did not fully answer the question, please ask us! We will be happy to clarify and help you.
