Alumni stories: Radka

What is the most favourite part of your current job?
My favourite part of the Climate-KIC is the “C” that stands for community; that we catalyse change and positive impact not only in the European Union but already across all continents – together with public and private partners = cities, regions, governments, universities, companies, start-ups, individual entrepreneurs and innovators etc. who deliver great projects. And also, I like that many of my colleagues seem to be environmentally conscious, probably everyone has a stronger field where (s)he can motivate others.

How do you think PRIME MOVERS helped you in your journey to having impact?
It helped me to meet amazing people with a great, positive mindset that can bring miracles, to learn and grow personally and collectively, to believe that we all really can have an impact and it is worth and beautiful to help each other on this journey. Also, it helped me to explore the Austrian waters as I was new in Vienna and connect with nice people far beyond PRIME MOVERS.

What would be your advice to people who are thinking about applying to join our family?
Less thinking, more doing – just apply!
